Is paintball safe?

Absolutely! Statistically, paintball is one of the safest sports you can play. It’s actually safer than playing golf.

Can I bring my own paintballs?

Gulf Coast Paintball is a Field Paint Only Facility. We go to extreme lengths and take pride in providing our customers with the most consistent paintballs available. Our paintballs are stored in an air-conditioned climate controlled environment ensuring the quality of the ball. Anyone caught using outside paintballs will possibly be asked to leave and all outside paintballs will be confiscated.

Does the paint stain?

NO. Paintballs are water-soluble, non-toxic, hypoallergenic and biodegradable. Any paint marks will wash out of your clothing in a normal wash cycle. Paint on your skin and hair will wash out easily during a shower.

What should I wear?

A solid pair of shoes that can get dirty (no sandals or open toes!)
Pair of old jeans or sweatpants (preferably baggier jeans)
T-shirt base layer
Another t-shirt or long sleeve
Hoodie, sweatshirt or long sleeve shirt depending on the weather.
Bennie or winter hat (or sweatshirt hood)

Do I need a group to play?

No, Gulf Coast Paintball is open to walk-on play. All you have to do is show up and we’ll get you in a game.

Can I use paintballs found on the ground?

No, the paintballs are oil based and will pick up any dirt they come in contact with. It may cause your gun to malfunction.
